Remember who is on your team!!!  There is always going to be that one client that pushes your buttons.  The one transaction that hits a bump along the way.  We all know that once you hit one bump it is likely there will be another one along the way.

Remember to work as team.  Don't lose your temper and don't blame a team member.  Work together to find the right resolution.

I agree Kathy, no one wants to make a poor decision, one that causes a loss in revenue or one that causes trouble, but the fact remains we all make mistakes.  There are several paths to take—however, assigning blame is not one of them.
