Keep them coming back is the primary goal of all sales people. We want those repeat customers, we want those referrals, the friends, the family, the co-workers of those satisfied customers. This is the first in a series of things that you can do to help you achieve that goal.
In my opinion, if you choose high-touch over high-tech you will see the greatest results! As things have gotten more automated and technology has taken hold and continues to move at a rapid pace, it is so much easier to choose high-tech communication over high-touch communication.
Keep in mind that people aren’t buying from a store, or building. They are buying from the salesperson, the individual that they feel they can trust. The more human and accessible you are, the better off you will be.
Dig for ways to be memorable with your clients. Send hand written cards and notes or occasionally pick up the phone and make a phone call just to say hello. When dealing with your client, focus your attention on them. This is not the time to be multi-tasking!!

1.) Have Fun with your clients
2) Make their day - make it memorable
3) Be present - in the moment
4) Choose your attitude
